So glad that you were able to do this for yourself and that you are feeling so much happier, I mean we all need a break sometimes & you were well overdue by the sounds of it! It is so important to switch off for a moment and do what you need to do. I love nothing more then stepping away from phone and laptop and taking some time for what is truly important!
