I love mine. The bottle itself is BPA free and you get the filter in there so the water you are drinking is a good quality. Also, as you know how much is in there (600ml) it’s really easy to make sure you’re drinking at least the recommended intake of water every day. I aim to have at least 4 full bottles. ??X

It also encourages me to make healthier choices throughout the day!

Meal prep has been something I’ve been doing more lately too and it helps me eat more nutritious dinners when I get home from work in the evenings and just want to eat dinner ASAP.
