Its slowly got me back to my normal weight and I can lift 25kg now! I still do it and thank it so much for helping me out xoxo

There is a lot of cardiovascular exercise you can do (assuming this fits your definition of ‘actual’ exercise) that doesn’t require a gym membership, should you feel the need to supplement your pilates workout.
