I'm intrigued as to what is 'sticky' about it? Does it dry tacky? Lyd x electricSUEDE

This is my favourite base coat! I have been using if for years after my beautician put me onto it. I can confidently wear black polish with it and never get stains. Love it, so glad you’re using it Lily!

I use sticky base coat on my clients and myself it is amazing and gives not only a great bonding surface for your polish but I have yet to find a polish colour that gets through it.
