I LOVE USING OILS FOR MY HAIR ESPECIALLY OLIVE OIL.I NOW WANT TO TRY THE COCONUT ONE!THE BEST WAY I HAVE FOUND TO REMOVE IT IS BY APPLYING SHAMPOO OVER THE HAIR WITHOUT GETTING THEM WET FIRST.IT SOUNDS A BIT ODD BUT IT REMOVES THE OILS COMPLETELY VERY EASY!

To boost this mask even more you could add a teaspoon of greens powder. I’ve made a mask out of the Viriidian Soul Food Greens & Manuka Honey before, it’s great! I’ve always wanted to try homemade face masks but always thought they looked like too much faffing around and that they probably didn’t work either. But now I may give them a go. The avocado one sounds fab.
