WINTER SKINCARE ROUTINE

This week I’ll be doing some posts that were requested on my Facebook page – thanks Shana Ward for requesting this one!

As the colder months get colder, my skincare routine get’s adjusted slightly to fit with what my skin needs. Here are the products that currently occupy my skincare shelf…

As usual, I always start by removing my eye makeup using Bioderma and cotton wool. For my morning cleanse I’ve been using the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel which is really refreshing and leaves the skin looking radiant and luminous. I use the Sarah Chapman Ultimate Cleanse in the evening as it’s a thicker oil-based cleansing balm so it takes my makeup completely off and leaves my skin feeling moisturised.

In the evenings I’ll then follow with the Omorovicza Queen of Hungary mist, just pressing it into my skin as a toner. In the mornings I’ll use the Orico Transcend Marine Radiance Serum, which is a nice, light serum that leaves a glow on the skin. For eye cream I’ve been reaching for the Heal Gel for Eyes as it’s a clear gel that keeps the area moisturised so my concealer doesn’t cling to any dry patches. It feels refreshing around the eye area so I use it twice a day.

In the mornings I moisturise with Origins Ginzing, which I have nearly finished! It’s a lovely light gel moisturiser that smells like zesty oranges in the morning. In the evenings I skip the moisturiser and go straight for the Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial as my skin loves the stuff so it’s had to become an every night thing.

My daily evening routine also consists of the Blink Brow Oil and if I’m feeling a bit spotty I use the Super Facialist by Una Brennan Tea Flower Deep Clean Pure Purifying Clay Mask. I find this really helps to clear up my skin and so I use it at least once a week.

It’s, of course, not necessary to use separate products in the morning and evening, but as I’m always trying a lot of products this is the routine I’ve slipped into this Winter.

Are you currently using any of these products too?
