FRAGRANCE WITH BENEFITS
Back in my teenage days I was a huge fan of the DKNY ‘Be Delicious’ perfume so I was really looking forward to trying out the newly re-packaged and re-formulated version, the ‘Be Delicious Skin Hydrating EDT’.
The less round, more sleek packaging is a little more grown up and interesting. The fragrance itself smells the same to me (not too sweet but fresh and delicious), but what’s interesting is the new formula. The ‘Apple Fusion Complex’ is unlike anything I’ve heard of before, it’s a blend of several different elements found in the skin for hydration. What this means is when you spray the perfume onto your skin, the nutrients in the formula also help to hydrate, nourish and sooth your skin.
I’ve never heard of a perfume that also hydrates your skin, but it seems so obvious and is such a great idea. I’m the sort of girl that goes wild with perfume, spraying it all up my arms and on my neck so this is something that really grabbed my attention. The atomiser has also been re-designed to give an ultra fine mist so that you are also able to use it as an all over body mist. I think it’s such a great idea and an extra benefit to an already great scent.
This new formula is out now in stores and is £39 for the 50ml and £54 for the 100ml.
