WHAT’S ON MY FACE #26
So this was the makeup look I wore to film my Favourite Summer Nail Polish video. I absolutely love the colour of this Topshop t-shirt and as soon as I put it on I knew I had to do pink lips.
For my base I used the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Tinted Balm which I do quite like, but it’s also not my favourite. It’s quite thick and feels like a BB cream but something about it makes it not very memorable and I always forget to wear it! For a glowy complexion I used Benefit Hoola all over, NYX ‘Peach’ blush on the apples of my cheeks and Jemma Kidd Dewy Glow on my cheekbones and down my nose. I need to get my hands on more NYX blushers, they’re so good!
A brown smokey eye? On me? What a surprise! I knew the lips would be bright so I kept things pretty neutral on my lids using the Revlon ‘Naturally Glamorous’ palette and MAC Teddy eyeliner. For my lashes I went for the Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless which gives nice length, but not a a huge amount of volume or curl.
For the lips I layered Revlon ‘Pink Pop’ lipgloss over MAC ‘Lustering’ and love the combo!
