Regardless of the possibility that she was not-so-inconspicuously letting me know that I suck at applying my cosmetics, I anxiously took the task. Also I didn't only go to one school - I went to three. I hit up the Napoleon Perdis Academy in Hollywood, Calif., Bridal Makeup in Burbank, Calif., and Make Up For Ever Academy in Los Angeles.

I do my Make-up on the commute to work every day. I put my Primer, Foundation, and Concealer on before I leave the house. I carry wipes to clean my hands before touching my face and between products and right at the end when I have finished! I apply my eye make up and blush on the Bus. Then my eyeliner, mascara and lipstick on the Train. I know it is bad form, but I have done it for years and it is now just part of my morning routine!

I'm 'one of those people' who put their make up on, on the train but I justify it slightly by being the first stop on the line and generally getting it done before it departs!

I try and put foundation on at home but recently picked up the By Terry foundation which is a god send for application on the move.
