ESSIE RESORT COLLECTION ALTERNATIVES
I recently trekked around London on the hunt for Essie’s Resort collection because for some reason it wasn’t released in the diffusion line in Boots and Superdrug. I eventually found them in Fenwicks for £10 each and with the old formula and brush. Although the colours are amazing I was disappointed with everything else and regretted spending so much on them.
So when I recently discovered the Bourjois 1 Second Gel nail polishes in ‘Blue no Blues’ and ‘Green Fizz’ I immediately thought… “Essie dupe!”. They’re not exact dupes as you can see but they’re so similar and I actually prefer the Boujois colours as they’re a bit brighter.
Bright greens and turquoise are the perfect shades for summer and they just remind me of being on the beach. These shades are officially launched in July but I have seen a couple in Superdrug already. What do you think of these Essie alternatives?
