Winter Skincare Part 3: Serum, Oils & Eye Cream
NUDE Cellular Renewal Serum* | Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair* | NUDE Treatment Oil*
Alpha-H Absolute Eye Complex* | Lierac Diopticreme Eye Cream
My winter skincare routine part 2 is here if you missed it!
So, here’s the good bit. Once you’ve cleansed, exfoliated, used a mask… whatever you do, you can then lock it all in and prepare your skin for the night. The three main contenders that I have on the go at the moment are the NUDE cellular renewal serum, Estée Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair and NUDE’s Treatment Oil. My favourite at the moment is the treatment oil as my skin literally drinks it up. Not that it should matter, but the NUDE packaging is amazing, the button at the top is what you use to fill and release the pipette. I also really like the serum, it smells yummy and feels great on my skin. The Estée Lauder serum is very similar to the NUDE but a little heavier which I like. I’m really into using these three at the moment and they’re all working really well on my skin.

I picked up the Lierac Diopticreme eye cream in Paris and have been enjoying using it, although you never really see an instant result with eye creams so it’s hard to tell. But it’s pleasant to use despite the fiddly lid. The reason I’ve always been on the fence with eye creams is because you’re supposed to apply it to the orbital bone and not near the eye, which is usually where I have problems. In the colder months I get dry patches under my eyes which makes applying concealer a massive pain. THIS is why I fell in love with the Alpha-H Absolute Eye Complex. I told Michelle, the founder of the brand, about my dry under eye area and she told me her eye cream can be applied right up to the eye – bingo! It’s so cooling and hydrating, I absolutely love it.
Only one more winter skincare post to go!
