Breakfast Lunch Dinner
For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to do a photo diary for my food post this week. After day 1 I quickly realised this was going to be embarrassing and the post should probably be called ‘Welcome to Lily’s greedy carb life’. Whilst writing this I’m seriously doubting whether I should put this up or not.
I didn’t count snacking because it would have been complicated, but yes I snack too – I’m only human! When I post photos of food on my Instagram it normally gets a good response so I thought, why not do a whole post!
I am aware I eat a ridiculous amount of carbs. To be fair (and to defend myself) it’s all real food and no crappy takeaways but… yeah… lots of carbs. Now I am going to be much more conscious of what I eat and I’d recommend doing a photo diary like this because you don’t really realise what you eat until you do. I am really not a breakfast person but know I have to eat it, so I force myself to eat whatever is in the house… I really need to find a breakfast thing I like.
I think I might continue my photo diary and although I probably won’t post it on here, I’ll just do it for myself to keep an eye on what I’m eating. My aim this week is to eat less carbs and add more colour into my photos!
Let me know if you find this interesting or just plain weird. I figured we all like to be a bit nosey right? I’m making myself hungry just looking at this!
