Meet the new Jergens family
{ You can still enter my giveaway here }
Did you know Jergens has been around since the 30s? I didn’t! I went along to an event to celebrate the brand’s new makeover and learnt all about the history of the brand whilst I was there. They’ve repackaged the whole collection and added a few new products too!
The whole evening was great, with fire eating dancers (is that what it’s called?!) and a catwalk showing all the different products.
The large collection includes the Ultra Healing Dry Skin body moisturiser* and the Skin Firming Daily Toning Body moisturiser* which both come in the regular size (£4.99) and the 350ml large pump bottle (£5.99). The ultra healing is great for dry skins and includes vitamin C, E and B5 to help heal and protect. The Skin Firming lotion includes collagen, elastin and nutrients that help tighten the skin.
There are 4 moisturisers available in the regular size (£3.49) which includes the Daily Moituriser which is also available fragrance free for those who like to use perfume daily. They have also created an Aloe Vera body moisturiser* which is perfect for holiday after a day in the sun. I used this after getting slightly sun burnt shoulders and it really helped sooth the skin! The last of these 4 is the Original Beauty Lotion*, which is a cult product in the US, known for it’s cherry-almond scent.
There are 2 hand creams; the Ultra Healing hand cream* (£3.49) and the Daily Moisture hand cream (£2.99).
The last two products are brand new to the UK collection and are definitely some of my favourite. The Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning moisturiser (£4.99) is sure to be a popular one with it’s pure Cocoa Butter formulation and gorgeous scent. The Deep Conditioning Oatmeal Cream (£4.99) is the only one that comes in a pot. It’s a luxurious, thick cream that contains natural oatmeal which is known to repair and restore the skin’s natural moisture balance.
So, meet the Jergens family. The new products look and feel great and are available at ridiculously good prices all over the high street (full stockist list here).
Have you tried Jergens? Do you like the look of any of the new products?
