I use Bioderma H2O regularly, it is just perfect for makeup removal! But it is a micellar solution which means it is not only water contains some soapy agents, you better wash your face after you use it, I don’t recommend you to use it as a toner either (this recommendation comes from a chemist who worked with micellar solutions in her thesis ;)) Also, if you are going to clean your makeup with that, I can recommend you to moist a piece of cotton pad (in fact two pieces) and put it on your eyelids and just pad gently on your lids little little and remove the pads without wiping!
