The Saturdays Magnetism Nail Laquer by Fashionista

I was really excited when I heard that The Saturdays would be launching a nail polish… and then to hear it would be a magnetic polish AND it would be affordable, amazing! 

I desperately wanted to see for myself what a magnetic polish is really like and how The Saturdays would make it their own. 

The collection, which will be launched by Fashionista in Superdrug stores has 5 colours. Mollie’s ‘Purple Me Up’, Una’s ‘Ego Green’, Vanessa’s ‘Forever is Blue’, Rochelle’s ‘All Fired Up Red’ and Frankie’s ‘Notorious Silver’.

The polishes are £6 each, which is so reasonable for such a special nail product. You have to buy the magnet separate, which is £3, but you can use it for all the polishes. 

So this is how it works… You apply the first coat of polish….

I was really surprised at how thick it applies. You then apply the second coat, and straight away whilst it’s still wet, you hover the magnet over the nail quickly and smoothly to create the desired effect. 

I am someone who likes to experiment with nail art and I have completely fallen in love with magnetic nail polish. It’s so easy and looks so impressive! A lot of designer brands are starting to bring out magnetic polishes, so this is a great option that anyone can buy. 

They will be launched in selected Superdrug stores from 26th October and I think they are going to do extremely well! 

I got a quick snap with the girls and Zoe, which was nice. I was seriously impressed that I wasn’t shorter than them, as they were all wearing  heels and I was in flats!
